At JeliBuilt Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
