South Bend 1944-6OK Con O 375hp Clutch Kit w/Flywheel 99-03 SD

South Bend clutch kit for the ZF6 manual transmission with new flywheel. The South Bend is the best clutch for the ZF6 transmission. 

Options Available:

1. Con O - Using 2 Performance Organic Facings (Smooth engagement)

2. Con OFE - Using 1 Performance Organic & 1 Feramic Facing (Moderate engagement)

3. Con FE - Using 2 Feramic Facings (Possible rough engagement)

It's very important to Break-In your clutch with 500 miles of stop and go driving before you pull a load.Your clutch will last longer if you avoid down-shifting whenever possible. Down-shifting causing uneven wear and may lead to rough clutch engagement due to flywheel damage.

General rules for selecting a new clutch.  Get a clutch that is rated slightly higher than your horsepower level or goals.  If you tow heavy often get the next bigger clutch than you horsepower.  If you have over 450 hp and tow daily we recommend a dual disc street clutch.  Don't buy the biggest clutch offered if it doesn't match your horsepower - The bigger the clutch the more aggressive it drives
